Kellogg Community College’s annual United Way fundraising drive kicked off earlier this month, and already the College is nearly halfway to its goal of raising $16,000.
Funds have so far been raised through employee pledge forms and the College’s second annual Chili Cook-off, which raised nearly $400 for the United Way in just two hours.
We still have a ways to go to hit our goal by the end of the campaign on Oct. 15. Here’s how you can help:
- Students and community members can give on KCC’s behalf by filling out the online donation form at https://volunteer.truist.com/ckuw/donate and typing “Kellogg Community College” into the “Affiliation” field.
- Employees can donate using the pledge forms left in their mailboxes on campus and turning them in to KCC’s United Way campaign co-chairs Eric Greene or Terah Zaremba. Additional pledge forms can be found online at www.changethestory.org/files/2014%20UWBCKR%20Generic%20Pledge%20form%20-%20no%20crops.pdf.
- Donations from students, community members and employees made to the United Way on KCC’s behalf may also be dropped off in person to Greene in room 301 of the Roll Building on the College’s North Avenue campus in Battle Creek.
Any donation amount is deeply appreciated and helps improve the educational, employment and health outcomes in our community.
Thank you!
