This week, an executive search firm working with the Kellogg Community College Board of Trustees began accepting applications from candidates who wish to become the College’s next president.

On behalf of the Board, the Pauly Group, an Illinois-based firm, will accept materials from applicants, place advertisements, disseminate electronic mailings and recruit candidates directly for the position of KCC president, the top administrative post at the College.

Applications will be accepted until Monday, Sept. 23. A screening committee comprised by three trustees and other institutional and community representatives will begin reviewing the applicant pool.

Based upon a process approved by the Board, the screening committee in October will recommend applicants for interviews. The Board will later determine which applicants to interview before the full Board. Members of the campus community and general public will have opportunities to observe the selection process, including interviews with the finalists. The Board intends to make its final selection in November.
