1960s themed Bruin Blast is Sept. 14 with free lunch and T-shirts for students

Bruin Blast, KCC’s annual fall kickoff event for students, is getting GROOVY this year with a 1960s theme!

Join us from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, at the North Avenue campus in Battle Creek. We’ll be sharing peace, love and Bruin pride, combining all of the following (and more) with some far-out vibes:

  • Connecting you to resources, student clubs and community partners
  • A Civic Engagement Fair
  • A free lunch
  • Hippie-themed fun and games
  • PRIZES galore
  • A free T-shirt to tie-dye at the event!

Regional Center Campus Dates

Bruin Blast will also be held at the College’s regional center campuses on the following dates:

  • Eastern Academic Center (Albion): 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21
  • Grahl Center (Coldwater): Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22
  • Regional Manufacturing Technology Center (Battle Creek): 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23
  • Fehsenfeld Center (Hastings): 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23

Bruin Blast is a fantastic way to have fun while setting yourself up to hit the ground running as a successful Bruin here at KCC and beyond.
