The opening reception for Tekonsha artist Vee Kalnins’ exhibit, “The Way I See It: Sculpture and Photography by Vee Kalnins,” was well attended yesterday at Kellogg Community College’s Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center. The exhibit will be on display in the center’s Eleanor R. & Robert A. DeVries Gallery through Nov. 12.
Pictured above, Kalnins talks with visitors during his opening reception, holding a milkweed plant. Milkweed plants feature prominently in many of the photos in his exhibit.
