Riley Cramer, of Battle Creek, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Kellogg Community College and will begin playing for the Bruins next season.
Cramer, a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School, was a captain of the Bearcats baseball team, earning All-Conference and All-City honors.
Eric Laskovy, head coach of the KCC Bruins baseball team, said Cramer is a “high character local guy with a strong work ethic,” and that the Bruins are excited to add him to the roster.
The Bruins finished up their 2016-17 season this spring as conference and state champions, ending with an overall record of 34-17-2 and a conference record of 20-4. For more information about KCC baseball, visit www.kellogg.edu/baseball.
