  • The Battle Creek Enquirer posted a profile of Brittany Despins, a Kellogg Community College Paramedic Program graduate who died Friday from injuries sustained while assisting others at the scene of an automobile accident earlier this month. MLive.com also posted an article highlighting Despins’ life.
  • The Battle Creek Enquirer posted an article about a mother and son reunited more than five decades after the mother gave the son up for adoption. According to the article, the son, Brian Serne, worked a part-time janitorial job at Kellogg Community College at the same time that his birth mother, Dorothy Weatherbee, taught in the building he worked at.
