  • “Word Around Town: Soul Food returns to KCC” (Battle Creek Enquirer): “Kellogg Community College dishes up fried chicken and other favorite soulful dishes for the Soul Food Luncheon on Feb. 13.  The college will take this as an opportunity to celebrate African-American culture and the food that has been brought up through tradition. That includes collard greens, candied yams, cornbread, jambalaya, ribs, baked macaroni and cheese, pound cake, pecan pie and sweet iced tea.”
