Registration now open for KCC’s next semester, which begins in January

Registration for Kellogg Community College classes offered during the upcoming Spring 2021 semester is open now and can be completed via the College’s website.

Student registration information, including links to registration instructions, policies, tuition and fees and other information, is available at www.kellogg.edu/registration.

Specific courses offered at KCC during the spring semester can be viewed by visiting www.kellogg.edu, clicking on “Class Schedules” at the top of the page and filtering results by semester.

In-person registration can also be completed at KCC’s five campus locations, including the College’s two Battle Creek campuses and regional centers in Albion, Coldwater and Hastings.

Michiganders who worked in essential industries April 1 through June 30 who do not have a college degree may be able to take spring classes tuition-free through the state’s new Futures for Frontliners program. Interested individuals should visit michigan.gov/frontliners or contact the KCC Admissions office at adm@kellogg.edu to see if they qualify.

Spring semester classes will primarily be offered via an online instructional model, though some in-person training opportunities will be available depending on the class and program. Among the online offerings at KCC are five associate degree programs that can be completed almost entirely online, including:

  • Associate in Arts
  • Associate in Applied Science in Accounting
  • Associate in Applied Science in Administrative Assistant
  • Associate in Applied Science in Business Management
  • Associate in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education

Students interesting in entering these online degree programs should contact KCC’s Admissions office.

The first Spring 2021 classes start Jan. 19, and the semester ends May 10. Students are encouraged to sign up for classes as early as possible after registration opens because space is limited and many classes fill up by the start of the semester.

Students new to KCC must fill out an application and verify residency before signing up for classes. Admissions applications can be completed online at www.kellogg.edu/step1.

Those who wish to meet with an academic advisor prior to registering are encouraged to schedule an appointment online at www.kellogg.edu/academic-advising or by calling 269-965-4124 or emailing advising@kellogg.edu.
