- Fall 2013 registration began last week. Click here for a list of classes available this fall. Register early for the best selection!
- Financial aid refund checks will be mailed to students using financial aid at KCC, not including first-time borrowers. Refund checks will be mailed for first-time loan borrowers on Friday, June 21. For more information, visit www.kellogg.edu/financial.
- The registration deadline for the Summer Soccer Camp for kids to be led by KCC women’s soccer players and coaches has been extended to 5 p.m. Friday, June 14. The camp, which includes half- and full-day options, runs Monday through Thursday, June 17 through 20. Click here for more information from a post on this blog.
- KCC’s Air Rescue Firefighter (ARFF) Trainer, an aircraft fire simulator used to train fire departments across the United States to respond to aircraft fires, finishes training exercises at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport today. - The Nursing Program at Kellogg Community College has spots available for the part-time program beginning in Spring 2014. The admission cycle for Spring 2014 closed in January, but KCC is reopening the admission window for a limited time and will accept applications through July 1, 2013. - Registration is underway for half- and full-day sessions of a Summer Soccer Camp for kids to be led by KCC women’s soccer players and coaches Monday through Thursday, June 17 through 20. - KCC and the Southwest Chapter of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners will present Tobacco Dependence Treatment for Providers, a free educational program for advanced practice, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, on Monday, June 17. The presentation will run from 6 to 8 p.m. in room 100 of the Student Center on KCC’s campus at 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek. - Friday, June 21, is the summer SAP appeal deadline and the summer only loan request deadline for students using financial aid at KCC. For more information, visit www.kellogg.edu/financial.
- Also on Friday, June 21, financial aid refund checks will be mailed for first-time loan borrowers.
- Financial aid refund checks — the second disbursement for single-semester loans — will also be mailed on Friday, June 28.
- The Upward Bound summer learning program for high school students will begin at KCC Monday, June 17, and will run through Friday, July 26. Click here for more information about the program on KCC’s website.
