Six Kellogg Community College women’s volleyball players earned postseason athletics awards from the Michigan Community College Athletic Association and/or National Junior College Athletic Association for their success on the court this season.
KCC award winners include:
- Freshman middle blocker Emilia Henneman-Dallape (Oregon, Ohio/Clay High School), MCCAA Western Conference Second Team All-Conference, MCCAA Western Conference All-Freshman Team
- Freshman outside hitter Brooke Koskela (Hancock/Hancock High School), MCCAA Western Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference
- Sophomore middle blocker Caliey Masserang (Cadillac/Cadillac High School), MCCAA Western Conference Second Team All-Conference
- Sophomore outside hitter/middle blocker Piper Porter (Athens/Athens High School), NJCAA Region 12 Division II All-Region Team, All-MCCAA Team, MCCAA Western Conference First Team All-Conference
- Freshman setter/opposite Addison Tucker (Marshall/Marshall High School), MCCAA Western Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference
- Freshman middle blocker Maya Valentine (Marshall/Marshall High School), MCCAA Western Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference
The women’s volleyball team ended the season on day two of the team’s third consecutive appearance in the NJCAA Division II Great Lakes District A regional tournament Nov. 7. The team finished the season with a winning 8-4 conference record and an 18-14 record overall.
