Six Kellogg Community College baseball players have been awarded postseason Michigan Community College Athletic Association honors.
- Freshman infielder Travis Bolin (Watervliet/Watervliet High School) was named to the Second Team All-MCCAA and the All-Freshman Team. Bolin hit .372 for the season with 38 RBIs and stole seven bases.
- Freshman infielder Chad Carson (Attica/Lapeer East High School) was named to the First Team All-MCCAA and the All-Freshman Team. Carson hit a team-high .381 with a team-high 41 RBIs and stole 11 bases.
- Freshman catcher Alex Goodwin (Midland/Midland High School) was an Honorable Mention All-MCCAA. Goodwin hit .299 for the season with 22 RBIs.
- Sophomore first-baseman Steve Remesnik (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll High School) was named to the Third Team All-MCCAA. Remesnik hit .354 with 27 RBIs.
- Sophomore pitcher Kyle Smith (Battle Creek/Harper Creek High School) was an Honorable Mention All-MCCAA. Smith finished the season with five wins and a 2.28 ERA, striking out 32 batters.
- Sophomore pitcher Ben Spieldenner (Vicksburg/Vicksburg High School) was named MCCAA Player of the Year in addition to being named to the First Team All-MCCAA. Spieldenner finished the season with nine wins and two saves with a 1.37 ERA, striking out 42 batters. He also hit .257 for the season with 22 RBIs and stole nine bases.
In addition to the honors listed above, Bolin, Goodwin and freshman pitcher Hayden Robbins (St. Clair/St. Clair High School) were named to the NJCAA All-Tournament Team following the NJCAA Region XII Division II Baseball Tournament, which ended May 17.
The Bruins finished second in the tournament after a third-place finish in the MCCAA conference with a 17-9 conference record.
